The person who quotes it sets the tile
Whoever prices your job is the one laying the tile. Plumbing and electrical go to licensed trades, because in Québec they have to, and we schedule them around our own work.

What we do
Tile and stone is the trade. Everything below is set by the same hands, and the bathroom work grew out of it.
Tile & stone installation
Floors, walls, stairs and showers. Porcelain, marble, mosaic and natural stone, straight or on the diagonal.

Kitchen backsplashes

Fireplaces & feature walls
Slab and stone surrounds, mitred mantels, reclaimed brick feature walls.

Flat and sealed before any tile
Floors levelled, substrates checked, and in a wet area a bonded membrane tested before a single tile goes on. That is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that cracks.
We leave it clean
Floors and hallways covered, dust kept down, garbage hauled out. You get your house back at the end of it.
